How a CSV becomes a packing run
Mapping and validation are free to try. SlipBatch keeps the selected file in the browser, turns each accepted order into a slip and reserves file creation for Pro.
- 01Choose one CSV
Select a file up to 5 MB and 5,000 rows. The first row supplies the headings; comma, semicolon and tab delimiters are detected, including quoted line breaks.
- 02Confirm the mapping
Match the CSV headings to the required order, recipient, address, item and quantity fields. Pro can save one heading map in this browser for reuse.
- 03Repair rejected rows
Review missing values, invalid quantities, field limits and recipient conflicts. Edit the mapped values in place, then run the checks again. Rejected rows cannot be exported.
- 04Create the files
With Pro, download one merged packing-slip PDF, a ZIP with one PDF per accepted order, or a consolidated pick list grouped by non-blank SKU and variant.

What does SlipBatch make?
SlipBatch makes packing slips without prices from a typed order or a mapped CSV. Pro can also create a merged packing-slip PDF, a ZIP containing one PDF per order and a consolidated pick-list PDF.
Does SlipBatch add prices or totals?
SlipBatch documents are for fulfilment only. Packing slips and pick lists contain order, recipient, item, carrier and note fields, with no price, tax or payment fields.
What can I do for free?
The SlipBatch Free plan includes unlimited single packing slips in A4 or US Letter, both templates, an optional logo and seller note, browser printing and watermark-free PDF downloads. CSV mapping and row checks are also free to try; creating batch files requires Pro.
What does the CSV check catch?
SlipBatch flags missing required values, non-positive or non-whole quantities, duplicate column mappings, values over the enforced limits and conflicting recipient details within one order. Mapped values can be edited and checked again before output.
What are the CSV import limits?
SlipBatch accepts one CSV of up to 5 MB and 5,000 rows, with up to 500 unique orders and 100 item lines per order. Each imported value can contain up to 500 characters.
Where do my order files go?
SlipBatch processes manual orders, imported rows and generated documents in the browser without uploading them. Working order data stays in memory. Only a seller profile you choose to save and, with Pro, one column-mapping preset are stored in local browser storage.
How does the pick list group items?
The SlipBatch pick list groups lines that have the same non-blank SKU and variant, ignoring letter case. It totals their quantities and lists their order numbers. Each line with a blank SKU stays separate.
How much does SlipBatch Pro cost?
SlipBatch Pro costs $3/month and unlocks saved CSV mapping, batch PDF and ZIP files, consolidated pick lists and an ad-free experience. Prices shown exclude applicable taxes.
