These terms cover SlipBatch, a browser tool supplied by Cashew Crate.
Using SlipBatch
You may use SlipBatch to create packing slips and pick lists for lawful fulfilment work. You are responsible for checking names, addresses, item quantities and generated documents before packing or dispatch.
Do not use the tool to create misleading records, distribute malware, break another service's rules or process data you are not authorised to handle.
Document limits
SlipBatch creates fulfilment documents, not shipping labels, invoices, customs declarations, tax records or proof of delivery. It does not verify addresses, buy postage, contact carriers or update stock.
CSV imports are limited to 5 MB, 5,000 rows, 500 unique orders, 100 lines per order and 500 characters per imported value. Manual packing notes and seller text areas allow 2,000 characters. Logo files are limited to 1 MB and 3000 pixels on either side.
Plans and billing
Manual single slips are free. SlipBatch Pro costs $3/month and unlocks CSV mapping storage, batch PDF and ZIP files, consolidated pick lists, and ad-free use. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Crate Pass is managed through Cashew Crate and includes Pro access to participating apps. Features and limits may change, but paid claims will describe functions available in the current release.

Email support@cashewcrate.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. Browser, printer, PDF reader and file differences can affect output. To the extent allowed by law, Cashew Crate is not liable for indirect losses or fulfilment errors caused by unchecked input or documents.
